Preventing powder clogging / caking

Caked powder clumps, jams the auger and ruins delivery. The usual cause is humidity.

What helps

• Use free-flowing powders (with anti-caking).
• Seal the container lid tightly; a silica-gel packet nearby helps.
• Keep powder exposed to air as little as possible, especially in a humid room.
• Under heavy sales, clear the white tray / funnel between dispenses.

If powder has already caked and jammed the auger, stop the slot, dry and clean the container, and message us if needed.
