Dark / red cups not detected

The cup sensor is optical. It may “not see” dark and red cups.

What to do

• Use light-colored cups (our standard ones).
• Keep the sensor clean — wipe the sensor area after cleaning.

If the machine says “no cups” but cups are present, it’s the sensor or a stuck cup, not an empty tray. Check loading and sensor cleanliness; do a Controller Reboot if needed.
