The machine is designed to operate from an electrical network with a voltage of 220 +/- 10V for  EU countries and 110 +/- 10V for USA.

Peak power consumption (during beverage preparation, with the standard cooler turned on, average value) - up to 210 W/h.

Total power consumption per month (with the standard cooler turned on, average value) - 46 kW.

The control panel is located below the mixing units.

Used to control the machine. Located above the powder containers.

SERVICE MODE - open machine service screen. Use it for machine setting up and control.

FREE MODE - turn on free drink (with no payment) mode. This mode is active on 15 minut, after it machine return to payment mode.

CONTROLLER REBOOT - use it for machine errors drop and saving other settings. When clicked, machine reboot the application and controller board.

On the control panel, turn  {{ :t-onoff.jpg?linkonly |the main power switch}} to the "ⅼ" position. When the "No signal" message appears on the screen, press the {{ :t-turn_on.jpg?linkonly |TURN ON}} switch.

=== Reboot ===
Resetting the machine is used to clear errors and save some settings. There are two methods:
  * The main one is by pressing the service switch {{ :t-controller_reboot.jpg?linkonly |CONTROLLER REBOOT}}.
  * Backup - by pressing {{ :controllerreboot-board.jpg?linkonly |button No. 5 }} on the machine controller board. 



To reboot the machine's computer, press and hold the {{ :t-reboot_computer.jpg?linkonly |REBOOT COMPUTER}} button until you hear a beep.

=== Shutdown ===
**Turning off the machine without first turning off the computer may result in data corruption and unstable operation of the machine.** 

Rules for turning off the machine:
  * Press the {{ :t-turn_on.jpg?linkonly |TURN ON}} switch. Wait until the computer turns off (the screen will turn off and the message "No signal" will appear).
  * Turn off {{ :t-onoff.jpg?linkonly |the main power switch}} to the “O” position.

The machine's water treatment system has two water supply configurations:

=== Paid mode ===
Enabled by default. Enabled after reboot using the {{ :t-controller_reboot.jpg?linkonly |CONTROLLER REBOOT}}.

=== Free mode ===
Activate by pressing the {{ :t-free_mode.png?linkonly |FREE MODE}}. A corresponding message will appear in the left corner of the screen. The system runs for 15 minutes, then switches to paid mode. It deactivates by rebooting with the {{ :t-controller_reboot.jpg?linkonly |CONTROLLER REBOOT}}  switch or by pressing the {{ :t-service_mode.png?linkonly |SERVICE MODE}}.

Activated by the {{ :t-service_mode.png?linkonly |SERVICE MODE}} button. Provides access to the machine's settings.

===== Connecting payment devices =====
Before installing payment devices, ensure they support MDB protocols. The device {{ :t-разъемmdb.jpg?linkonly |connector }} is located on the inside of the door.

Please confirm the configuration settings of payment device with the equipment supplier. The following settings are required:

  * MDB protocol level = 3;
  * Always Idle option (not pseudo, not emulation) = on;
  * Ignore machine prices = off;
  * Payment waiting time = 30 sec;
  * Waiting time for product delivery before automatic return = 180 sec;
  * Settings for starting, maximum credit, multiplier - optional, according to the currency used.

===== Loading powders =====
Rules and procedure for loading powders into containers:
  - remove the protective cover of the product mixing device;
  - turn the container product feed chute to the upper position;
  - lift the front part of the container, remove it from the connecting unit of the auger and the auger drive motor;
  - Pull the container towards you, remove it from its installation location, open the container lid; load the powder to the top level, check {{ :bunker-gaiki.png?linkonly |tightening of the nuts}}. 
  - close the container lid and install the container in its original place.
  - In the service menu, set the {{ :t-powdersremaining.png?linkonly |powders remaining}} values according to the container filling.

===== Connection of liquid concentrates =====
Rules and procedure for installing containers with concentrates:
  - Place the connector on the valve and turn the knob on the connector clockwise until it stops. The red flags on the valve should move to the lower position and concentrate should flow into the hose;
  - Pump the system using {{ :t-pump_syrup.jpg?linkonly |PUMP SYRUP}} switches on the control panel until the concentrate comes out of the filling hoses.
  - In the service menu, set the {{ :t-syrupremaining.png?linkonly |syrup remaining}} values according to the filling of the syrup container.

**It is recommended to place containers with concentrates as high as possible to prevent liquid from flowing out through the hoses.**

===== Loading cups =====

Requirements for cups: diameter no more than 90 mm, height no more than 110 mm, volume up to 400 ml, material - paper (cardboard).

**Red and black cups, dented or deformed cups, and plastic cups are prohibited**. The distance between cups in a stack must be uniform, from {{ :t-cupsexample.jpg?linkonly |4.3 mm to 8 mm}}. 


Load the cups into the tube carefully, dividing it into 2-3 parts and holding it with your hand from below through the opening of the splitter. Do not compact the cups while loading.

The tube's capacity depends on the size of the cups used and the spacing between them in the pack. When using 300 ml cups with a spacing of 4-8 mm, the tube holds approximately 100 cups.

If you use unsuitable cups or have problems dispensing cups, the message [[error_5_no_cup_usa|Error 5: No cup]] appears on the screen.

**Important!** The cup is separated by the weight of the stack, so the dispensing unit may stop dispensing cups when the quantity is low. Simply refill the dispenser with a new stack.

  * on the first tab of the service menu, click the {{ :t-developermode.png?linkonly |Developer mode}} button;
  * go to the "Configurator" tab;
  * on the “Configurator” tab, click the {{ :t-changedrinks.png?linkonly |Change drink}} button;

Containers inside the machine are counted from left to right and are numbered 1 through 8 on the product settings screen. Concentrates (syrups) are numbered 9-11(14).

  * After setting the desired settings, click the “Save” button and close the menu.

===== Calibration of product dispensing =====

Calibration is performed in two cases - before starting the machine into operation and when replacing the products used during operation. To perform the procedure, you will need a measuring cup and kitchen scales.

Primary calibration includes:

  * Checking the water dosage;
  * Checking the powder dosage;
  * Checking the dosage of syrups (if available).

A re-check of the issuance is carried out in the event of a change in the products used (another brand, another product line). 

Calibration consists of dispensing the product, weighing and entering corrections on the machine display. Push {{ :ms-servicemode.jpg?linkonly |SERVICE MODE}},  in the "Configurator" tab, open the {{ :sm-_conversion_factor.png?linkonly |Conversion factor}} menu and follow the instructions on the screen.

===== Internet connection =====
An internet connection is required for telemetry and remote connection to the machine. Connection types are available:
  - Connecting the LAN cable from the router to {{ :t-lanconnector.png?linkonly |the connector}} next to the power cable (does not require any settings).
  - Connection to WiFi networks.

[[https://anydesk.com/ru|AnyDesk]] is used to connect to the vending machine remotely . Request the technical support number and password to connect. Internet access is required for remote connection.

**Question:** Drinks disappear from the screen. After a reboot, they appear, but then immediately disappear.

**Answer:** Check {{ :t-powdersremaining.png?linkonly |products remaining}}  in the service menu. When the product remains low levels (less than 5 dosages), the machine removes the drink from the selection.

**Question:** The vending machine doesn't have the brand (flavor) I need in its settings. How do I add it?

**Answer:**  If the vending machine is connected to telemetry, click {{ :t-updatedatabasefromserver.png?linkonly |"Update database from server"}}, on the assortment configuration screen , then check the list. If the desired product is not available, please submit a request to technical support.

**Question:** The machine shows error 1 No water, water has just been refilled.

**Answer: ** After refilling or replacing the water tank, you need to bleed the system to remove air. Use the mixer wash with 1-4 buttons in the service menu. Press {{ :t-controller_reboot.jpg?linkonly |CONTROLLER REBOOT}}. After servicing the machine, we recommend performing a test brew to ensure stable operation. **Question:** Mixers often get clogged with powder. What causes this?

**Answer:** There may be several reasons:
  * Incorrect assembly of mixer components - read the assembly manual and watch the service training video;
  * Poor cleaning of mixers, filling hoses and fittings;
  * Incorrectly selected dosage of the drink (too much powder and not enough water);
  * Insufficient water pressure in the system (see [[error_1_no_water_touch_usa|Error 1 No Water]]);
  * Poor-quality detergent—loss of flowability (clumps form) and dampness due to improper storage. The presence of solid particles, crumbs, and dried fruit pieces in detergents can also lead to frequent clogging, even with regular maintenance.

**Question:** After turning on, the screen is black and the message “No signal” is displayed.

**Answer:** Press the computer {{ :t-turn_on.jpg?linkonly | start switch}}.

**Question:** The machine resets immediately after starting cooking or mixers washing. What happened?

**Answer::** Disassemble and clean the mixer components, check the correct assembly of the parts. Restart of machine is occured while mixer motor can't rotate.
