====== Error 1 No Water ====== ===== Touch model ===== Reasons for appearance: * Lack of water * Air lock in the system * Incorrect water supply connection settings * Technical malfunction To reset the error, press the {{ :t-controller_reboot.jpg?linkonly |CONTROLLER REBOOT}}switch . If the error persists, start the {{ :t-pumpingwaterbutton.png?linkonly |pumping water}} in the service menu. If the error reappears after rebooting, run diagnostics: * Make sure that the taps and the pump/water supply switch are installed in the correct position, corresponding to the connection; * The pump is at the bottom of the tank, the water has not run out (with this type of connection); * The pump hose is not pinched or kinked; * The pressure in the water supply system (with this type of connection) is not lower than 0.15 - 0.8 MPa (1.5 - 8 bar). * The water level when rinsing the mixer/pumping water is not less than the optimal level (picture below): {{ :воронка_миксера_уровень_воды.jpg?nolink&300 |}} Each connection type uses a separate setting. ---- ===== Adjusting the water supply when using a pump ===== To adjust the settings, you'll need a small "-" screwdriver. The adjustment is made by turning the adjustment screw on the UPS board at the backside of machine. {{ :t-ups-pmp.jpg?nolink&300 |}} - Using a screwdriver, turn the adjusting screw clockwise by 1 turn. - Run the mixer flush (or water pumping) in the service menu. - Visually check the water level in the mixer and readjust if necessary. **If there is excess pressure, adjust the pressure back by turning the screw counterclockwise.** ---- ===== Setting up the water supply when connecting to the water supply ===== You will need a "+" screwdriver to adjust. {{ :t-wtrline-regulator.jpg?nolink&400 |}} - Using a screwdriver, turn the regulator clockwise by 1 turn. - Run the mixer flush (or water pumping) in the service menu. - Visually check the water level in the mixer and readjust if necessary. **If there is excess pressure, adjust the pressure back by turning the regulator counterclockwise.** ---- ====== Question / Answer ====== **Question: ** I ran out of water, and the machine has been in an error state for a while. When I restart and pump, the water doesn't flow, or flows very slowly, and the settings don't work. What should I do? **Answer:** Turn off the machine's cooler for 30 minutes, then {{:t-pumpingwaterbutton.png?linkonly pumping|pump}} the water. Without water, the cooler freezes and shuts off the water supply. ---- **Question:** The machine doesn't reset the error after multiple reboots. The pressure is normal, and water flows when rebooted. Sometimes the error resets, but reappears the first time I make a drink. What should I do? **Answer:** The watermeter needs to be changed. ---- **Question:** When resetting, no water flows; the machine operates on a submersible pump. The valves and toggle switch are installed correctly. What should I do? **Answer:** Reset the machine and inspect the pump. If the pump doesn't turn on after resetting, change it.
