====== Error 5: No cup ====== Reasons for appearance: * No cup in tube * Manipulator positioning failure (the cup does not fall into the catcher fork) * Dispensing mechanism failure (cup dispensing unit calibration) * Poor cup sensor operation (cup sensor setting) If an error occurs, press the {{ :t-controller_reboot.jpg?linkonly |CONTROLLER REBOOT}}. Check remain of cup in the receiving tube. After rebooting, press the {{ :t-service_mode.jpg?linkonly |SERVICE MODE}} and press the {{ :t-cuptestbutton.png?linkonly |"Cup Test"}} button in Wash tab. The handle will move to a position under the dispensing unit, and the dispenser will release one cup and drop it into the catch fork. ---- If the cup does not fall into the catcher fork during dispensing, adjust the positioning of the manipulator. ===== Adjusting the positioning of the manipulator ===== To adjust the positioning, click SERVICE MODE, turn on Developer mode, and go to the {{ :t-manipulatorajustment.png?linkonly |Configurator - Engineering menu tab}}. From 1st to 2nd position, the field adjusts the position of the manipulator for cup dispencing. If the manipulator moves further than necessary, reduce the steps by 50, save the setting and perform the cup test. Repeat until the manipulator is positioned exactly under the cup dispenser unit. If the manipulator is moving closer than necessary, add the steps by 50, save the setting and perform the cup test. Repeat until the manipulator is positioned exactly under the cup dispenser unit. From 2nd to 3rd position, the field adjusts the position of the manipulator for mixers hoses (pouring the drink position). If the manipulator moves further than necessary, reduce the steps by 50, save the setting and perform the cup test. Repeat until the manipulator is positioned exactly under the cup dispenser unit. If the manipulator is moving closer than necessary, add the steps by 50, save the setting and perform the cup test. Repeat until the manipulator is positioned exactly under the cup dispenser unit. ---- If dispensing is correct but the error still occurs, check the cup sensor and, if necessary, disconnect and replace it. Make sure you're using cups that meet the requirements. ---- ===== Setting up the cup sensor ===== Put the cup into catcher fork. Open machine door and check indicate at the {{ :t-cupsensor.jpg?linkonly |cup sensor}}. Rotate the cup and make sure that diod at the sensor still light everytime. If indicate is flashing - ajust to clockwise screw at the sensor. Repeate first step and check indicate. If indicate is flashing - make sure that the cup meet the requirements, otherwise turn off the sensor in the service menu - Configurator - Engineering menu and replace the sensor. ---- In cases where the mechanism works, but the cup does not fall out, calibrate the dispensing unit. ===== Calibration of the cup dispensing unit ===== - Unscrew {{ :cupdispencer_fitting1.jpg?linkonly |the screw}} at the cup dispencer unit. - Move flag to {{ :cupdispencer_fitting2.jpg.png?linkonly |right (tight}}) position. - Put the {{ :cupdispencer_fitting3.jpg?linkonly |cup into dispencer and move flag to left}}, so that the rollers press the cup. After, pull the cup down until it stops on the rollers. Fix the screw. - Perform the cup test and check it fall to fork. Repeate the steps to free cup fall. In some cases, the problem with dispensing the cup remains even after calibration; the cup may get stuck during dispensing and not fall into the catcher. Push the cups out of the tube and inspect the guide rollers - they should all be facing the same direction. ---- If the cup is not dispensed (the dispensing unit does not turn on), check the tightness of the terminal connections to the motor and the dispensing unit. And make sure that cup sensor is active in machine settings menu. {{ :t-клеммы_блока_выдачи_стаканов.jpg?nolink&400 |}}
