====== Error 9 Manipulator error ====== Reasons for appearance: * Manipulator positioning failure * Problem with the manipulator mechanics * External factors Error 9 may occur due to external factors, such as interference with movement inside the vending machine. If you store food, consumables, or use a large water container inside the vending machine, ensure they do not interfere with the movement of the manipulator. In some cases, the malfunction occurs due to customer intervention—moving the manipulator while the vending machine is in operation can cause a positioning error. If an error occurs, press the {{ :t-controller_reboot.jpg?linkonly |CONTROLLER REBOOT}} switch . After rebooting, the manipulator will return to its default position. Run a test brew, checking the positioning of the manipulator for the cup dispenser and the filling hoses. If the positioning is inaccurate, adjust the manipulator's steps: press SERVICE MODE, turn on Developer mode, and go to the {{ :t-manipulatorajustment.png?linkonly |Configurator - Engineering menu tab}}. From 1st to 2nd position, the field adjusts the position of the manipulator for cup dispencing. If the manipulator moves further than necessary, reduce the steps by 50, save the setting and perform the cup test. Repeat until the manipulator is positioned exactly under the cup dispenser unit. If the manipulator is moving closer than necessary, add the steps by 50, save the setting and perform the cup test. Repeat until the manipulator is positioned exactly under the cup dispenser unit. From 2nd to 3rd position, the field adjusts the position of the manipulator for mixers hoses (pouring the drink position). **Note:**: If you lose your step value data, use the default values and perform ajusting: Position 1-2: 1050 Position 2-3: 500 ---- If the manipulator moves jerkily or intermittently, the components require diagnostics. Remove the two screws from the manipulator cover. {{ :t-handcover.jpg?nolink&200 |}} Disconnect the rod: {{ :t-hand-val.jpg?nolink&200 |}} Move the manipulator to the side and check for free movement. If there is any play or resistance, check the tightness of the manipulator mounting. If necessary, loosen or tighten the bolt and apply grease: {{ :t-hand-maincrew.jpg?nolink&400 |}} To diagnose the manipulator motor, run {{ :t-cuptestbutton.png?linkonly "Cup Test"|}} or {{ :t-handtest.png?linkonly |"Hand Test"}}. If the motor sound changes or the motor runs unevenly (stops mid-run), the motor needs to be changed. ---- If the manipulator moves without stopping (at the dispensing window or under filling), shorten the manipulator rod and {{ :t-manipulatorajustment.png?linkonly |adjust}} the positioning steps: {{ :t-rodshort.mp4 |}} ---- If the manipulator doesn't move at all, check the {{ :t-handmodule.png?linkonly |Hand module}} option - its should been active. If it is, replace the {{ :t-handresistorzh101.jpg?linkonly |fuse ZH101 1A}} at the manipulator board.
