====== Shaker Touch maintenance ====== Servicing should be performed depending on the intensity of use of the machine, but at least twice a week. The maintenance process includes: * Replenishment of remaining powders, syrups, cups and water; * Disassembly, cleaning of mixers and dust covers; * Cleaning the interior of the machine; * Flushing of hoses and syrup pumps; * Draining and cleaning the waste tray; * Cleaning the water hose and submersible pump (if using this type of water connection); * Cleaning or replacing the filter when using a water supply connection (at least once every six months); * Checking the functionality of the cup dispensing unit and cup sensor. To clean the machine's body (inside and out), use cloths, sponges, detergents, and disinfectants. Installing dust covers on the mixers will help reduce contamination inside the machine. ---- ===== Replenishment of products remains ===== The first tab of the service menu contains columns indicating the remaining amount of products loaded into the machine. After filling the containers and syrup module, you need to reset the remaining amount to the same amount as the number of products loaded. To do this, click on the corresponding column and slide it up. {{ :t1-remainsup-usa.png?nolink&400 |}} When preparing a drink, the program subtracts the amount of the product from the remaining amount. When there is less than enough product left for 5 cocktails (5 large servings of the drink), the drink will be hidden from the selection menu. ---- ====== Installing mixers dust covers ====== {{ :установка_пыльники_пыльников.mp4 |}} **CAUTION! Do not wash dust covers with boiling water!** ---- ====== Assembly/disassembly of mixers ====== {{ :how_to_disassemble_mixer_unit.mp4 |}} The mixer consists of three parts: a funnel (1), an impeller (2) and a base (3). {{ :t-mixer.png?nolink&400 |}} Use hot water and detergent to clean removed parts. Dry the parts before reinstalling. Before reassembling the mixer, wipe the motor shaft and non-removable parts clean. **IMPORTANT! When installing the impeller, align the groove on it with the groove on the motor shaft!** {{ :t-mixer1.png?nolink&300 |}} ---- Remove and rinse the hot water hoses from the mixers, as well as the inlet fittings. The hoses are initially clear, but may discolor over time due to the accumulation of small particles. To clean the hoses, use a fine brush or order a spare parts kit. {{ :t-mixer2.png?nolink&300 |}} ---- ====== Flushing syrup lines ====== Syrup lines are flushed without disassembling. Disconnect the connector from the syrup container and prepare a container of hot water. Place the hose with the connector in the container, press and hold the {{ :t-syruppumpbutton.png?linkonly |syrup pump button}} on the machine's inner panel. To thoroughly clean the lines, flush with at least 1-2 liters of water. ---- When using a submersible pump, wipe the pump body, hose and cable with warm water and a sponge at each service. {{ :sm-sms-pump.png?nolink&200 |}} ---- Wipe the active area of the cup sensor with a damp cloth. {{ :t-sensorlinsewashing.png?nolink&300 |}} **REMEMBER: The vending machine is designed for use with food products that have expiration dates and storage conditions. Maintain high sanitary and hygienic standards. Prevent odors and foreign impurities from developing in beverages. Poor and untimely maintenance of the vending machine can pose a health risk to customers!** ---- ===== Loading cups ===== Before loading the cups into the receiver tube, it is necessary to ensure that the parameters of the cups comply with the regulations: * Material: paper (use of plastic cups is prohibited); * Dimensions: diameter no more than 90 mm, height no more than 110 mm, volume up to 400 ml; **The manufacturer does not guarantee the quality of operation of the cup dispensing unit when using cups that do not meet the above requirements.** When loading a stack of cups into the receiving tube, ensure that the cups are free of defects. The distance between cups in the stack should be uniform, between 4.3 mm and 8 mm. Do not load used, dented, or misshapen cups into the tube. {{ :t-cupsexample.jpg?nolink&400 |}} Load the cups into the tube carefully, supporting the falling stack with your hand from below, through the opening of the splitter. Do not load the stack whole; divide it into 2-3 parts. Do not compact the cups while loading. ---- ===== Mixers washing ===== A rinse function is provided for cleaning the mixers. Each mixer has a dedicated button in the menu. This function can be used either manually or automatically after each cooking session. **CAUTION! Using the manual or automatic rinse function does not eliminate the requirement for complete disassembly and cleaning of the mixer components during servicing.** {{ :t1-mixerwashingbuttons-usa.png?nolink&400 |}} ==== Rinsing mixers by the timer ==== In the service menu (Configurator tab, Service menu section), you can select options for two automatic rinsing timers. {{ :t1-mixerwashbytimer-usa.png?nolink&400 |}} The timer-based auto-flush rinses all mixers in the machine at a specified time. The rinse time is controlled by the "Wash time in sec" field. To activate this option, press the option selector and click the "Write" button. ---- ===== Cup dispensing test ===== The performance check and adjustment of the cup dispensing unit (splitter) and cup sensor is carried out in the following cases: * When you first turn on the machine; * When filling the tube again, when there are less than 2 cups left in it; * When changing the supplier/batch of cups. To perform a dispensing test, ensure there are cups in the receiver tube. Check that the bottom cup in the stack is positioned vertically and not tilted. If necessary, adjust the stack by slightly lifting the bottom cup and then lowering it. On the "Wash" tab, click the "Cup Test" button. {{ :t1-cup_test-usa.png?nolink&400 |}} After pressing the button, the dispenser will separate one cup from the stack and drop it into the cup catcher on the machine's arm. Make sure the cup falls evenly, without tilting. The test is passed after 10 successful dispensings.**CAUTION! The cup dispensing test will not work if the cup sensor is disabled.** ---- ===== Setting up the cup dispensing unit ===== To adjust the splitter, you'll need a screwdriver. Load at least 20 cups into the receiving tube. The splitter block has an adjustment flag. Using a screwdriver, loosen the mounting bolt located at the bottom of the flag. {{ :t-cupdispencerfitting.jpg?nolink&400 |}} Push the stack of cups up and press it down by sliding the flag to the right. Make sure the cups is locked in place and pull it down until the edge of the cups rests on the top of the guide rollers. {{ :t-cupdispencerfitting1.jpg?nolink&200 |}} Tighten the adjustment flag screw with a screwdriver and perform several cup dispensing tests. During the test, ensure that the cup falls evenly and without tilting. Readjust if necessary. ---- ===== Setting up the cup sensor ===== Sensor sensitivity depends on ambient temperature, so any adjustments to the sensor must be performed under stable temperature conditions (a critical requirement during colder seasons). **ATTENTION! Due to the specific operation of the cup sensor, it is not recommended to use red or black cups.** To adjust the cup sensor, you'll need a small screwdriver. Place the cup you're adjusting in the cup catcher fork. The cup should be level, without any distortion. Adjust the sensor by turning the screw next to the cable. {{ :t-cupsensorfitting.png?nolink&400 |}} Using a screwdriver, turn the screw clockwise until the LED on the sensor lights steadily, without flickering or interrupting. If the cups you use have inscriptions and/or patterns, ensure that the sensor operates correctly on all cup surfaces. **WARNING! Do not place the vending machine where direct sunlight may hit the sensor lens. The sensor operates by reflecting a signal, and its reliable operation is not guaranteed if the reading area is exposed to light.**
