Drip tray / funnel fills with water when idle — normal

The lower tray (where the cup sits) collects water over time — this is normal.

Why

• The tray catches drips and mixer-rinse water.
• The tray has no drain — you empty it manually.

This is not a leak. Just empty the tray periodically. If there’s an unusual amount of water, message us and we’ll take a look.
