Error 19: Bucket Full

Error 19 means the machine sees the waste container as full and refuses to dispense more drinks. In most cases the fix takes under a minute — empty the container and reset.

What it means

The waste sensor in the drain container has triggered. There are two possible causes:

  • The waste container is genuinely full and needs to be drained.
  • The waste sensor float is misplaced — caught on the side of the container, tangled in the fishing line, or hanging above water level.

Quick fix

  1. Open the machine and pull out the waste container. Drain it completely.
  2. Check the waste sensor: the float must hang freely into the empty container, and the sensor itself must be in the lower position. If the float is tangled or stuck on the rim, untangle it.

  5. Press the CONTROLLER REBOOT button to clear the error. The machine should return to normal operation.

If it keeps coming back

If Error 19 reappears even after draining and resetting, the float or sensor wiring may be damaged. Contact support@ishakerusa.com with a photo of the sensor and float so we can guide the next step.
