Machine offline / WiFi keeps disconnecting
A yellow bar or a “?” icon at the top of the telemetry dashboard means the machine is not connected to the server. Note: sales usually keep working — card payments run on their own line (Nayax) and sales are stored locally and uploaded later. Offline does not mean sales are stopped.
Why the connection drops
Most often it is a weak or overloaded WiFi, a router reboot, a changed WiFi password, or too much distance to the access point.
What to check
- Confirm the internet works — open any website on a phone connected to the same network.
- Restart the router and wait 2–3 minutes.
- On the machine, open the “Internet” / WiFi widget and reconnect to the network (the password is saved, but sometimes you need to pick the network again).
- If possible, connect the machine with an Ethernet cable — a wired link is usually more stable than WiFi.
On Touch 2 the WiFi menu opens over the storefront and seems to “cover the screen” — that is normal. Go back after connecting.
This is usually enough. If the machine is still offline after restarting the router and reconnecting, send us a photo of the status screen and we will guide you through the next step.
