Nayax “Cashless Out of Order” (M00 / V00 / V01)

If the Nayax terminal shows “Cashless Out of Order” with code M00, V00 or V01, it’s usually a lost link between the terminal and the machine over the MDB cable — not a failure of the Nayax unit itself.

What to check

1. Restart only the payment terminal (without turning the machine off) — this often restores the link.
2. Check the terminal’s MDB cable: is it seated firmly, and does the terminal have power?
3. Confirm the machine has internet — for the terminal’s online functions.
4. If the machine also has a water or brewing error, the terminal may fault along with it; fix the main problem first.
