Reading the telemetry dashboard
The dashboard shows machine status and sales. Here’s how to read it so you don’t confuse “no connection” with “no sales”.
Status icons
At the top are the channels: WiFi (server link), MDB (payment terminal), Hardware (machine). Green is fine; yellow/red means a problem on that channel.
WiFi off ≠ no sales
Even without a server link, card payments usually work (Nayax on its own line) and sales accumulate locally and upload later. Zero sales with a live machine — check MDB / the screen / service mode separately.
Downtime and percentages
Downtime and big percentages are a total for the period (a week by default), not “right now”. A percentage spike is what accumulated over the window, not the current state.
A yellow bar means the machine is in service mode (sales paused). A dash instead of a flavor name in sales means an offline sale; details may sync later or be unavailable.
