Screen frozen / stuck at 100% / not responding

If the screen freezes, gets stuck at “100%” while making a drink, or doesn’t respond to touch — here’s what you can safely do yourself.

Recovery steps

1. Wait 2–3 minutes — the machine sometimes finishes and recovers on its own.
2. Switch the machine off with the rear switch for about 60 seconds, then on. Allow 2–3 minutes to fully boot.
3. If touch doesn’t work but you need to close a frozen app — connect a USB keyboard and press Alt+F4, then let the machine boot.

Avoid pulling power while making a drink unless necessary. Let the machine boot fully before checking (2–3 minutes).

If freezes keep happening, send us a photo/video and roughly when it occurs, and we’ll look into the cause.
