Water priming / air lock — pump runs but no water

You can hear the pump but no water comes out — this is almost always an air lock in the line.

What to do

1. Run priming: Service Menu → Pumping water until water flows steadily.
2. If that doesn’t help, remove/blow through the tube to clear the air, then reconnect it.
3. Check the hose isn’t pinched anywhere.
4. Check the connections at the tank/chiller — air can be drawn in there.
