No water after replacing the bottle

There’s likely air in the line. Purge it: Service Menu → Pumping water until water flows steadily. You don’t need to reboot the machine for this.

The water icon shows “∞”

After an update the water level counter may not have carried over — set the value manually.

• Shaker S: in the Service Menu the level icons (bottle / cups / powder) are tappable — tap the water icon and set the current level.
• Other models: via the Inventory / Remains section.

The machine only counts consumption — the actual remaining amount is entered manually at refill. If the value keeps drifting after you set it, message us.
