First-time setup checklist — from delivery to first sale

A short order of steps when installing a new machine. Each item has its own detailed page.

1. Unpack and power on. Turn the machine on with the rear switch and wait for it to boot.
2. Serial number. Find the S/N (on the rear of the door) — you’ll need it for support and registration.
3. Internet. Connect WiFi or Ethernet (see Machine offline / WiFi keeps disconnecting).
4. Telemetry registration. Follow the link we send. Internet first, then the code (see Authorization and control of the machine in iShaker telemetry).
5. Cups. Load cups and test dispensing (see Connecting the cup dispensing module).
6. Water. Choose the source (bottle or mains) and prime the line (see Water shows ∞ / refilling and resetting the gauge after a bottle swap).
7. Nayax. Connect and configure the payment terminal (see Machine Settings for the NAYAX Terminal).
8. Drinks. Check the catalog, prices and doses; calibrate the slots (see Adding your own powder / flavor).
